Ferran Adrià Closing El Bulli Permanently

The title of “world’s greatest restaurant” is now really up for grabs. Adrià had already planned to take a 2-year hiatus starting in 2012, but now will be focusing indefinitely on establishing a foundation and culinary academy in Barcelona.
